Cebratext is a small editing programme. It can be downloaded from VBI Microtel's web page and is a little package for creating teletext pages. Above are a few pages I created whilst messing about with the image inserter, with the aid of a tutorial.
I have briefly experimented with the idea of re-contextualising peoples' work for the medium of teletext, in particular those who deal with the pixel:
